This is getting a little silly. Maybe it's because the IPPC can't think of anything else to do or perhaps they should be 'detecting' more complaints as put out by the powers that be. They even state in the article that the number of complaints is low... so why are they poking about then?
I don't see how anyone would like to be tasered, it's horrid, so why be surprised when people moan about why they got zapped? In the UK it is only deployed during serious incidents anyway, usually by AFOs or similar, where are all the complaints coming from? Where are all the Bobbies torturing the poor criminals anyway? Has any complaint be substatiated? God help us!

I suppose they prefer to be shot, as opposed to being tasered. Dead, or just hurting for a few minutes.
In the topsy turvy Nulabour world of diversity and PC, the fact that there have been very few complaints can only mean that for some reason the 'victims' are not coming forward. Not that there really have been very few incidents....
